Our fig jam is made with fully ripe fruit, hand-picked and immediately processed in an artisanal way by cooking it in large pots, jarred one by one and then pasteurized to ensure long preservation.
Using the traditional family recipe without skimping on sugar, we guarantee a product with the rustic taste of jams from the past, but above all a minimum shelf life of 3 years.
