At Agriturismo Agave you can also enjoy genuine and traditional dishes, made with products from the farm itself or from small local farmers.
Occasionally or for organized groups, typical menus are prepared where it is possible to participate with prior reservation; for those staying, you can choose to have an aperitif with cold cuts and cheese boards or select some of the sun dishes
This menu is specifically designed for school groups who come to the farm to learn and take part in Educational Farm activities. Lunch is the ideal completion of the educational experience because each student will enjoy every dish with an awareness of what they are eating, knowing that even behind a simple meal there is a long story rich in genuineness and authentic flavors.
The lunch includes a menu with mostly farm-produced, local products, and
includes a first course, a second course with a side dish, water, and homemade dessert.
Example: homemade gnocchetti with tomato and basil, seasonal vegetables, savory pie with fresh farm eggs, cheeses with the Porto Conte Park label, homemade dessert, and water.
This type of menu is a simplified version of the typical Sardinian menu, specially designed for those on a trip, where you can taste our typical dishes:
appetizer mixed land platter
1 first course to be agreed upon between malloreddos alla campidanese or fregula del contadino.
1 main course to be agreed upon between wild boar alla cacciatora or roast suckling pig with myrtle aroma.
2 seasonal vegetable side dishes, for example oven-baked potatoes and pinzimonio.

At Agave you can enjoy the traditional foods of our Island, as well as various types of appetizers such as pickled vegetables, ham, sausage, pecorino cheese, grilled vegetables. Malloreddus and culurgiones as first courses and roast suckling pig are a must, all accompanied by a good Cannonau wine from the vineyards of Santa Maria la Palma and, to aid digestion, Mirto liqueur, also strictly produced on the farm.
This type of menu is only available upon request for organized groups.
L’Agave with zero kilometer menuszero kilometer to enhance not only its own products but also the productions of local artisans.
Tomatoes and fresh cheese
tomatoes with cow's milk mozzarella from *Fauro farm, scented with wild oregano.
Water and ¼ wine from the Santa Maria la Palma winery.
Country mix
Mixed salad with seasonal vegetables, olives in brine, hard-boiled hen or quail eggs (depending on production).
Vegetarian Dish
Vegetable omelette, *grilled cheese, mixed vegetable salad.
Pane Frattau
Pane carasau, tomato and basil sauce, and poached hen eggs.
Tasting Board
Pork loin, cured sausage, *pecorino, crostini with bistoccu, house pickles, seasonal vegetables.
*in case of low production, mozzarella from the Fauro farm will be replaced with local mozzarella from Arborea.
The sheep cheeses come from the Monteforte farm.
Both the Fauro and Monteforte farms are certified with the quality mark of the Porto Conte Park.
