Agriturismo Alghero
Agriturismo Agave, one of the first agritourisms established in the Riviera del Corallo of Alghero, is located in a favorable position for those who love being in contact with nature as well as close to the sea, just 5 km from the nearest beach, and 9 km from the historic center of Alghero, the folkloric Catalan town.
We offer accommodation with bed and breakfast: we have 8 comfortable rooms, all with private bathrooms, independent entrance and veranda, a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial, a spacious fridge available, a microwave oven, a table with chairs on the veranda, and a Green Relax area in the garden where all guests can relax in the shade, play garden chess, or simply sunbathe comfortably lying down.
The Bed and Breakfast accommodation includes an overnight stay with a buffet breakfast where you can taste farm products and typical Sardinian specialties such as homemade cakes, fresh eggs, cured meats, artisanal jams, fruit, and much more.
Agave is also an Educational Farm accredited by the Sardinia region. If you would like information about educational activities for groups of children or school groups, contact us and we will send you our proposals.
Nature holidays
The Agave farmhouse offers you the opportunity to spend your holiday in the countryside, surrounded by nature, among typical Mediterranean plants and unusual tropical plants.
Naturally, there is also the production of vegetables, which are grown specifically to ensure a genuine, homemade cuisine with fresh products.
Here at Agave, there has always been a curiosity for fruits different from the traditional ones, which is why we have cultivated many exotic fruits, and many of these, during their production periods, are used to add a touch of originality to our menus. Among the exotic fruit trees you can see: avocados, bananas, tamarind, guava, pepino, cherimoya, mango, papaya, physalis, passion fruit, and many others.
Our story
Agriturismo Agave is a family-run agritourism business that originates from a well-established agricultural tradition, which, thanks to its multifunctionality, transforms its own products for direct sale, such as myrtle liqueur, jams, preserved vegetables, pasta, sweets, or for tastings aimed at enhancing authenticity, biodiversity, and local tradition.

The Agave farmhouse boasts a farm with various types of animals, and it is possible to visit them by taking a pleasant walk in the countryside.
Educational farm activities are also organized for school groups.
We are in the Porto Conte nature park, which offers various opportunities to visit natural sites through excursions organized by specialized guides in kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, trekking, etc.
Tastings of typical Sardinian products with a demonstration of traditional dish cooking.

Ours is a multifunctional company accredited by the region for carrying out experiential activities of the educational farm for both adults and children.
Our company was born out of respect for the land and rigorously follows every stage of cultivation, through careful self-monitoring of production parameters, to offer an authentic product in harmony with the environment. Our rules are not just simple procedures, but the result of long research and ancient knowledge, preserved and handed down over time by our grandparents, farmers and shepherds, who taught us to listen to nature and work it with care
Since 2015 we have had the quality mark of the Porto Conte Park, which is a symbol of environmental sustainability and enhancement of the territory.
